THAIKHUN Your Coffee

Coffee
A coffee bean is a seed from a fruit grown on the shrub Coffea. The cherry like fruits are harvested and processed to remove the prized seed that forms 2 individual beans.
There are 2 main species of coffee that we see used in commercial coffee - Arabica & Robusta.
Once harvested, the beans are processed and eventually separated from the fruit. There are several different processing methods such as Wet Processing and Natural Processing, these processes gives different flavour and character to the bean.
